Culture

Built on Service. Driven by People.

CSOLVE culture is shaped by how our team treats people, solves problems, and shows up for the communities around us. Clients feel it in the follow-through. Employees feel it in the trust and long-term commitment behind the work.

Mission and purpose

Service excellence starts with ownership.

We are passionate about service excellence and about positively impacting our customers' businesses and the communities we live in. Inside CSOLVE, that commitment is often described as being AWESOME, but it is a standard for how we prepare, communicate, follow through, and keep improving.

In practice, technology work has to connect to real business goals. A recommendation should help a client reduce risk, support staff, protect data, or make daily work easier. Our team is at its best as a strategic partner, not simply responding to the next request.

Culture in practice

What our culture looks like day to day.

The strongest parts of CSOLVE culture are practical. They show up in habits, conversations, and small decisions that build trust over time.

Teamwork

Good service depends on people sharing context instead of guarding it, so our team works across roles and avoids silos.

In practice: When a support question becomes a larger business risk, helpdesk, project, security, and account team members compare notes and decide the next step together.

Respect

Respect shows up in how we speak to each other, listen to clients, and handle pressure.

In practice: A technician can raise a process, client, or workload concern and expect the conversation to focus on solving the problem.

Continuous improvement

Technology changes quickly, so we keep improving standards, documentation, security practices, and prevention habits.

In practice: If a recurring ticket pattern appears, the discussion becomes how to reduce client friction and improve the system behind it.

Recognition

We make a point of recognizing the follow-through, mentoring, client care, and teamwork that make dependable service possible.

In practice: Recognition may mean calling out a teammate who stayed with a difficult issue or made a client handoff smoother.

Health, safety, and wellbeing

A sustainable culture has to care about balance, safe work practices, and people asking for help early.

In practice: That can mean planning workloads realistically, encouraging reset time, and joining community events tied to mental health.

People-first leadership

Open doors, direct conversations, and accessible management.

CSOLVE is a people-first organization. Employees are not treated like numbers, and leadership is expected to be approachable. An open-door environment gives people room to ask questions, raise concerns, suggest improvements, and talk through difficult situations early.

Someone might bring forward a process idea after seeing the same client friction twice, ask for help balancing priorities, or raise a concern through a one-to-one conversation, team meeting, or HR channel. The goal is respectful communication that keeps people and clients moving in the right direction.

Long-term growth

We invest in people for the long run.

One of the clearest signs of CSOLVE culture is continuity. People build careers here, grow into larger responsibilities, and carry hard-earned knowledge forward for clients and teammates.

That mindset shapes how we mentor and develop people. We look for potential, provide practical coaching, and create room to learn the business over time. Someone may begin in a co-op placement, join full time, learn from experienced technicians, and later take on more complex client, project, or leadership work.

This matters to clients too. A stable team remembers context, understands past decisions, and helps clients plan with more confidence. Growth at CSOLVE is a mutual commitment: people invest their care, and the company invests in their future.

Our journey

Local roots, steady evolution, and a long view.

CSOLVE has been part of the Midland area since 1994. Over time, the company has evolved with local organizations, moving from early computer and internet services into the broader technology partner our clients know today. The cultural thread is continuity: staying close to customers, adapting when the work changes, and keeping relationships at the center. The 2025 return to local ownership reaffirmed that commitment and signaled a long-term focus on local clients, community, and team.

Community involvement

Giving back is part of who we are.

CSOLVE's culture extends beyond the office. Our team has supported local charities, shelters, fundraising events, sponsorships, and campaigns tied to practical needs in the community.

Holiday Helpers is one example: team members have collected and delivered essentials to help people through a difficult season. We have also participated in March Mudness for mental health, community golf tournaments, and local initiatives that support families, youth, and service organizations.
